Course Purpose
The purpose of this course is for students to understand benefits and problems of advancement of information oriented society through individual and group reseach in collaboration with Sanda City,
and to acquire leadership to manage classroom activities.
It also aims to clarify problems through dialogue with local residents and enhance human power through actions.
As a major feature, students and faculty members discuss the content of the lessons.
Learning Goals
Students will be able to develop their basic knowledge and understanding of an information-oriented society.
Students will be able to work as group and develop cooperative learning and communication and leadership skills.
Students will be able to utilize Local SNS「Hyokomu」 effectively as means of conducting individual and group work.
Specifically, it manages classes, moderates, and plans and manages projects.
Clarify local issues through actions and verbalize the voices of local residents (listening and writing).
Finally, You will report the activity contents to Mayor of Sanda.

Session 1Orientation regarding the content and methods of class and group assignment research (projects)
(Class goal setting) (Ice breaker + introduction of each student's activity history through peer introductions)
Confirmation of the need to secure time "outside of class" for each individual assignment and group project

Introducing a case study in which young people planned and managed urban development

Chapter 1: The difficulty of "relational reading" and "dialogue"
