Course Purpose |

1) To understand what is a conception of constitutionalism. 2) To understand what is the Japanese Constitution. 3) This lecture intend to concentrate to human rights protection and pacifism of constitution, therefore, students need to know current affaires of Japanese politics. |
Learning Goals |
1) You need to write your opinion for current affairs about constitutional politics at achievement test. 2) You will get some knowledge about articles and case law of Constitution of Japan, however, its memorize is NOT the GOAL of this lecture. |
