Course Purpose
The purpose of this course is to acquire the abilities of legal thinking and expressive skills to answer the question, “Why do we need Law?” from various viewpoints. For this purpose, the students learn about the system of courts and the contents of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Civil Law.
Learning Goals
Students will be able to (1)explain the overview of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Civil Law, (2)discuss some legal issues in specific cases, (3)answer their opinions by themselves to the question, “Why do we need Law?”.
